How do I join an event?
Scan the host's QR code or enter the 6-digit code in the app under "Join event". No account needed – just your name.
How do I create an event?
Download the app, tap "Create event" and choose a theme along with your photo challenges. Then select your guest package (from €0 for up to 3 participants) and share your QR code.
My purchase isn't working – what should I do?
Make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID or Google account and have a valid payment method on file. Also check your internet connection. If the problem persists, write to us at support@schnappschuss.app.
Can I add more participants later?
Yes. As a host you can purchase an upgrade package during a live event under "Participants" to increase the maximum guest count.
How long does an event stay active?
An event stays active until you end it as the host. After that, guests can still view the gallery but can no longer upload new photos.
Are photos saved permanently?
Photos are stored on our servers only for the duration of the event and are automatically deleted afterwards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do guests need the app?
Yes, the app is available for free on iOS and Android. Guests don't need an account – just download, scan the QR or enter the code and play.
